Anybody can bring anything their and can defend itself after 50% damage so why it is hard for you you to make a faction related event.

So called "Delta Oktoberfest" is a traditional pewpew that happens every year, it has no RP background and it never had. The purpose behind those events is to have pure fun. Basically everyone can attend, from LN to K'Hara.

That's not correct, it's for all factions having ZOI in Delta + intel angecies.
