50 Character Minimum

Hello, the current 50 character minimum per post is restrictive and unnecessary. Not all constructive posts are so long. It would be wise to reduce it, if you want to raise the minimum of five then perhaps 10 is more appropriate.

These 50 characters is nothing, if you take into account the fact that it is barely one compound sentence. Props for Dev team for introducing such a thing in the first place!

I think that's the entire point

It might be an attempt to curb folks from making single word comments to up their post count.

Still, maybe a 25 minimum would be better?

It was so hard to do.

I think this was implement exactly becouse of nonsense in flood like 1,2,3, so there you have it, behave like brats and you will get safety cage from daddy.

Edit: I regularly make single-character posts. Not sure why you're running into an extra limitation
Edit 2: Okay it turns out there is a limit if you're posting in a forum where you're not a moderator. Finding out whether this was a deliberate change or not...
