Good evening gentlemen and Junkers alike. I'm calling this meeting to discuss the recent developments in our neighborhood. As most of you know, the LSF has set up shop by the New Hampshire jumphole. They have also increased patrols in Bering, due to our "friends" liberating Freeport 2. Which brings me to this. Our "friends" are proposing a loose alliance of sorts. Harmony and Unioners will take the fight to Liberty directly, whilst we take a passive role of finance and supply. However, before I put my John Hancock on this, I am putting this to a vote. I value all congress voices and opinions, so I give whoever wants to speak the floor.

Alright so might as well give my point of view, as has been my stance in the past, I dislike war. I hate the idea of peoples mothers, fathers, sons, and daughters not coming home. No one truly likes it. That is why I personally could not have someones blood on my hands. It's why I chose the life of the Junker rather then a Rogue.

With that said, I support the idea of backing the Unioner's and Harmony's War against Liberty it's fine by me, I never said I was a pacifist, I just don't like other peoples blood on my hands understand? So, you tell me, where do I direct my shipments of Hull Panels, Engine Components, H-Fuel. I await your orders Kapp.
