Okay, let's assume this is not a bad luck and I did all this titanic job that you just described. Developed top-tier schizophrenia on myself, used a lot of hardware and so on the list. The question is, why and what for? Practically? Can you imagine a real person doing this? I like Freelancer and MY RP, but with strategy that you assume it's an utter waste of time.
Mentioned "Jo.Kun" is not my ship, it's just not mine. How do I prove an absence of my relation to this? I can swear that it's not mine, but you already said that I'm a faker and 'playing dumb'. But this ship is not mine and I have no idea how it can be tied to me. There has to be rational explenation to this, I'm not sure why you refuse to consider it or maybe just can't find.

I was shocked, then i laughed at that name and was happy that you will figure out that it was a mistake. Now I don't know. I won't write anything useful at this post anymore, so here it goes.
Believe it or not I looked at the entirety of this from an objective perspective. My goal here is not to ban people, as a matter of fact it would be really nice if players did not have to be banned. Thing is, they're banned because they do something bad at some point that warrants it. What happens next is either they learn from their mistake and become better, or they simply don't.
The first thing I thought when I started looking at the records is: what the hell is all this. Basically the same thoughts you outlined above. It's all there and real. I found Karlotta to be a persistant individual over the years with her forum alts, but I doubt she can rival with what you accomplished here.
I don't specifically need to -only- look at Jo.Kun, I can also mention Mizuoka, a character that logged on 10/07/2017 at 14:19:12 UTC I have been able to tie to your pre-ban and post-ban footprints.
Essentially, the data is againt you. Not me, not the admins, nor anyone.
As far as I'm concerned my part is done here, if you still want to make your case, feel free to. If it's a mistake, you will be compensated and an apology issued. If it's not, you know what will happen.

I would like to ask to make one exception for @Loyola account to post in Stories and Biographies and Communication Channel subforums only. There are some negative consequences of my ban that other good people are facing. My character is involved into a lot of RP that cannot be finished or progressed even with the help of other characters. Even when I'm involving other people, it's coming under gray area of proxy posting. Many things will simply die out as it was during my previous ban.
In addition there is some RP need to be done for the coming updates in Rho and other faction related things. I keep working with the dev. team on Skype, but I could do more productive things. Naturally, I will not be using this right for posting for some doubtful RP.
I do not simply ask to revoke part of the saction, because I am self-important, of course. As alternative punishment for this, you can take off all of my credits, which are currently located on Enma.Loyola and Enma.Loyola. ships. Also you can nuke my personal heavy assets of MNS-Arclight and MNS-Lesbos. I believe that's only valuable things that I own at this point. This would make sanction directed more against me in person and less against the other people.
The punishment for your actions has been carried out as described above.
Your written roleplay with other individuals may be continued over Skype or Discord or GoogleDocs so that it may be posted once your sanction is served.
We are not going to assign special treatment to any person breaking the server rules or make exceptions to aspects of the chosen punishment.

I was thinking for a long time before posting this, and I really hate asking. Sadly I won't be able to pull over a dozen people for Skype RP, some of them don't even do such things. Even then most of it will lose relevance or actuality. It can be done for a shorter term, I agree, but not for tempban of 2 months.
I have worder it in a wrong way, I do not ask for any exceptions or special treatment. I ask to pick as hard punishment or even harder one, that would compensate removal of said restriction. This restriction of my forum activity can stay for six months or permanently after saction will be lifted. As I said, I am not minding having more harm on myself at this point. Nuking of my in-game assets of just a proposal, of course that all up to greens. There used to be a precident with Lyth when you have taken a money fee. I understand that I have taken enough of your time and that sanctions is not the barter, but still ask you to review it. Forgive me for annoyance.
