I'll keep this short. One of my transport pilots made a complaint about a specifically annoying pirate, and as I keep my employees satisfaction top priority, I would like to send it a clear message about who he's messing with.

The targets name is Stanley.Davis, a mostly generic pirate seen piloting an "Ahoudori" Kusari explorer. I'm willing to spare ten million per confirmed destruction of a craft piloted by the individual, claimable twice.
