Quote:3.8 Attacking people in Connecticut, without their express permission
Consequences:
Shooting people in conn without asking them first is not allowed. Shooting a person is considered an attack, regardless of what percentage their shields are at.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
Hello this is RM 1iC.
The RWK tag has never existed to my knowledge. I'd like to recieve both evidence and data regarding who this person is so I can deal with him.

'I would like to be half as clever as some people like to believe they are' Life is full of disappointments, it is how we handle them that helps to define us, as a person
Part of this comes from the rule change regarding what is considered an attack. The fellow thought that taking someone's shield below 50% is considered an attack and doing less than so is not, which was the stablished margin for a very long time.
Other than that this seems to be a report to call attention over the player's lack of knowledge of the rules and I am most infuriated by the attitude the RM displayed.
We (infractor and I) apologize to the person who sent the report and appreciate that the measures taken against the guy have been rather soft which seem to match the incident's importance.
