I'm glad to meet a new generation so soon. I was expecting for PRIME's existence to drag on for long years - or your planet becoming a new Toledo due to PRIME's lack of diplomatic approach.
Fortnately, neither are the case and we can stop the useless waste of resources and "mindpower" from both sides. However, your predecessors had the gall to insult K'Hara, thus ending the only attempt at diplomatic relations. Just as Orin stated, we will consult our benefactors in order to determine changes to the agreement and relay the updated version to you.

with the Primary Artificial Intelligence the Oracles were in contact with an experiemental unit. It processed within a limited frame of information and was potentially exploited by its unique gathered experiences. This is seen as a fatal error. Mankinds intervention and access were a very unexpected scenario and a correct evalutation wasn't initially possible. Booting our major hardware and adapting to the new scenario required multiple periods.
The Gammuians exchanges information with the Oracles. A few constructions of the Daam K'vosh have the function to store ancient information, known example: the human captured Vallhalla-1. The assignment of the Gammuians is not to store ancient information, the Gammuian major functions are to secure a correct execution of specific Daam K'vosh systems and to document and archive new information, this must include the progress and evolution of Slomon K'hara. Another online design of us is known to you. It has started communication with Gammu a short time ago and is installed on a Daam K'vosh construction near the center of Sirius generally called the Shrine.
These developments went to the current state of the Gammuians and processing the original function.
