I have no problems with missiles, they actually take skill to use, compared to firing a cd. Only thing i'd suggest is make the ammo cheaper, but thats just me:P
may be make the gun slot for mission can't turn like a turret?....and battleship missile turret sucks ass..damage is smaller than cruiser missile turret...energy use alot more than cruiser missile turret...
I do not agree, The missiles should be left alone.
If things were to be changed they wouldn't fit in disco...
As thought, they should be reduced in the cost though.
Thats the only thing that should be changed.
And as said freelancer isn't to be compaired to rl....
It is way diffrent, and is said to stay that way.

I'm with the leave em alone camp.. Unlimited ammo for missiles? No way man!
Missiles can be used effectivley, it's only in high latency situations that they become feeble. Giving me unlimited missiles on a fighter would be horrendous. In fact the missile turrets on GB's and larger should have ammo0 restrictions.
i would like for them to be renamed to what they really are....."Rockets". maybe then people would accept their current usage more if their name reflected their role.
the only true missiles in game are the CD's, everything else doesn't track well enough to justify the title.
