Would you tell us what would be necessary for you to find it acceptable to integrate your group as a sub-group of an already existing official faction?

I'm not asking if you think that it's realistic that the official faction would agree to your conditions.

But what would be acceptable conditions for you to become part of another official faction, theoretically?
