I will state this clear - at the very start, i wasn't really fond of the idea of interacting with other clans, especially with Kijima, but the coming challenges have clearly shown that our selfishness is something to be contained for now, at the very start of realisation of our plans; but let us get straight to the point of our upcoming conversation.
Yesterday i took some time to review the defence grids of Sendai, and, while being overall satisfied with the currently established fortifications - the current situation brings up the obvious necessarity of additional facility serving both defensive and storage purposes, that will ensure further increasing of Augus clan overall efficiency, but, with the current amount of tasks our clan sets before itself - we certainly would use a hand in some aspects regarding this fortification project, mostly - supplying the said installation.

I was surprised to receive a communication from you, so far my intelligence suggested that you were closed off from outside support and not looking to make any allies from within the Blood Dragons. I am glad they were mistaken. We do not need to fight between ourselves and with the same thinking I am happy to task a few of the Kijima logistical vessels to assist in the upkeep of such an important station among the Dragons. I however do require something in return as I’m sure you’re aware it is not very profitable building new installations. Firstly I would like all costs from materials and/or piracy to be covered by the Augus clan and a formal agreement to allow my clan members and it’s Bretonian allies to be able to pass through Augus space (current and future) with transports and their escorts untaxed and undamaged by your pilots.

At the very beginning this was my intention: to rebuild Augus as a strong, self-sufficent and quite... selfish clan, to be said, trying to be as independent from outstanding conditions as possible. But, at this point it comes obvious to me that with such attitude we're not going to go far, and the benefit of my Clan is what concernes me in the first place.
However, we are accepting the listed conditions, however, consider including one exclusion into this: any unathorised vessel, except for logistical vessels and it's escorts are not allowed to appear in Kofu Dust Cloud without special clearance given through direct communication sent to me to get such clearance granted. This rule will either stand for your Clan ships and for your allies alike, Augus is protecting it's secrets. If they are found within the designated perimeter - will be asked to leave and shot on sight if they refuse to comply. The only exception will be done if they are bypassing to the Tohoku jumphole located within the nebula.
