Greetings to whom ever this Apply's to, I am Shiori Wolf of the 'Wolves of Sirius'.

Seeing as i still waiting on my Board Registration for our Organisation to be Processed along with my own Doccuments, i will instead present you with a Gift on the activity of two while the local Units where Occupied else where with another matter, in the mean time, a Short while ago, i was greeted by the presence of two Junker Smugglers, one of them, Vindicator, i had previously encountered the day before hand while lending my assistance to Officer A.Barnes, the other, a Junker Identified as J|Cypher i believe was acting as First a Scout and Secondary an Escort.

If i am correct in how the system works, i believe the Junker Vessel Identified as Vindicator should have an already Pending Fine yet to be payed, according to brief Talk i had with Officer A.Barnes the other day seconds before our encounter with Said Vessel, here is a Copy of the Data Logs for Reference.
