The rules are in place for a reason. When another player attempts to direct you to the rules since they believe you are a new player and may have missed them, do not brush them off and start rules lawyering, along with other OOC in local. Additionally, docking while in a combat encounter is counted as a PvP death, and relogging to a different ship in an attempt to get around that is not welcomed. You'll find your weapons and a sum of credits are missing.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

The BAF characterwhanted me to go out of omega 3 and i had been escorted the day before to that docking place by BPA leader, so i told him i would go were i was ordered by his superior, he decided to open fire and was trying to shoot me claiming i couldntb be in freeport 1 and decided to open fire , me being on the nephilin he wouldnt kill me . So i whent to freeport dock and came out with the loggistics ship were he pointed out that i was dead wich i disagree on, but yes it is true i did speak OOC in sustem chat because i thought he had done the same wich ofcourse is no excuse and therefore i broke the rules.
Tho i need to point out something as it folows:
since my first comming to the server that there is a person targeting me constantly, trying to get me into trouble rulewise speaking, arrassing me and trying to get me to break rules by putting words into my mouth, like for instance this time that he make look like im new player and dont know the rules.
This arrassement as whent on for years now and its getting a bit anoying to be honest.
Having pointed this out ii hope i dont lose calm again and im sorry for breaking the rules. This isnt my habits
