During a routine flight back to Okinawa from the Shikoku, i have encountered quite of a surprising view - a Rogue Destroyer resting near the anomaly to our Home. On beings questioned it's captain claimed to be Lady Amber Lane - formerly a person of power among the Liberty Rogues that had relatively strong ties with The Blood Dragons once in the past and provided a wide variety of supplies avaliable to the leaders of Sirian Black Market residing in Liberty, known to be a bustling center of commerce.
As Lady Amber seeks to retain her former title and restore the supplies coming in to our installations, she was seeking an opportunity to approach The Shogunate with this matter.
On her behalf i am hereby asking you to extend the clearance for the vessels of her logistic division starting from the moment you reply to this approach and until there will be a strong excuse to retain this franchise from Lady Amber and her supporters.

Konnichiwa Daimyo,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention however there are a few issues with your request. First and foremost an unauthorised capital ship within one of our territories, I have ordered a Togo class vessel to be mobilised to the area in case such an event happens again. The citizens of Kusari need to know we will not allow forces that may threaten them into our sovereign space.

With that said, we will allow logistical vessels and non capital escorts access through the system in order to supply Blood Dragon and allied bases only. Valued Daimyo Augus,

In light of recent events, and in light of the Rogues' reputation, I find myself reluctant to tolerate them. Their affinity for common banditry, and quite honestly, their distasteful disregard for anything other than illicit profit, makes them an undesirable presence at best. I will, as such, have to deny them access to the facilities of Hikone; Although realistically, I don't presume they would even travel that far. I would advise, but no further coerce, that you take my stance into consideration and not place much trust in these foreign bandits.

This is my input on the matter. I will hold to it, unless the Shogunate decides otherwise.
