Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce myself.
My name is Tyrone Dawson, and I need your help. I need your help in making the Bering System free of the infected terrorist taint. I need your help in making sure that such pestilence as them is not allowed to fester. I need your help to help you protect yourselves.
The naked aggression of both the Alster Union and their renegade fair-weather friends has forced the Zoner Alliance to re-convene, for there is a true and very real threat to not just those people you call Zoners, but to everyone, and that threat's name is Victoria Knight.
This is a call to a coalition against such a threat. Please, to save us all, we must strike down the treasonous filth massing outside of Liberty's borders, and we must do so united. When we are in Bering, let the only violence be between a united front and the hateful backstabbers of Harmony, the Unioners, and the Rogues. Together, we will expunge them, and will have one less pack of squabbling infected at our throats.
Perhaps coordination between both the Serpentis and Phantom wings with the Zoner Alliance may be to both of our benefit. I wonder, however, what we get out of it from helping put the Zoners back in power?
Why would we not, instead, seek to put it into hands that don't allow filth on their stations to begin with? You see what the Zoners policy of letting those overtaken by the drive of the almighty credit has brought you. The problem is not the separatists. They are a laughable force playing hero to some unknown end without even knowing how heroes act. They will not matter soon enough, this is their peak and they've nowhere to go but downward.
The problem comes from allowing rabid dogs onto your stations that are constantly looking for the next way to get a leg up high enough to step on the next person in line. Do you see that now, I wonder? Regardless, we look forward to seeing what the Zoner Alliance offers in return for our assistance on their behalf.

This is Admiral Mark Ferguson of the Liberty Navy's Third Fleet. While I must say your proposal is both daring and welcomed by the Third's command structure, the idea that the Separatists will lie down and submit along with their allies is ideological at best.
The Liberty Navy is well aware of the situation in Bering, and given that your faction has arisen out of the blue seemingly to take your station back, as would be obvious, I as well as my compatriots in the Third are open to the idea of cooperation to remove this threat from the south. Battlegroup Arkansas is already in waiting to defend Texas, and it would be a simple matter of mobilizing to begin any coordinated assault.
The Arkansas and her forces will be at your side during this effort, as well as any forces of the First or Fifth fleets that Jones or Cleveland would be willing to send. I will remind you that we're at war from both sides, and as sad as it may be to hear, Gallia is still a more pressing issue than a lot of mildly organized rebels.

My name is Michael Blackburn, I am the current admiral of the Sixth Fleet of Liberty. At the moment we, like all other parts of the Liberty fleet, are fighting a priority threat - Gallia. Nevertheless, we are ready to support you, because liberation of Freeport is in our interests too.

No, you're right. The Xenos raise the bullet-question. Why us? Why should a ragged collective of outbound civillians, who choose to live beyond the periphery, have anything?
We have a.... belief. That somebody needs to break the ground. Before there's company, there's a wagon train. Before there's a house, there's a sleeper-ship. When there's no-man's land, a balance of power, you can leave it a wasteland to stare each other down on, or plant trees.
Bering matters. If it's not settled by the independent community, it'll become tossed around from house interest, to house interest. Flints grinding up against the wooden boarder. A flame, a flash? We're all done.
Those of us aboard the Tarrafal maintain that the preservation of the Zoner way is worth our own violation of its principles. Sacrifice our souls for the good fight. We're veterans, all of us, of the Omicron Seventy Four conflict, the Delta skirmishes. We've seen what happens when the good get greedy, the impartial? We get taken under the wheels.
We promise that we will restore the balance to what it once was; a system where everybody gets a shot. Not just the Unioners, not just the Seperatist; everyone, back in the pie.
Our belief; your belief, Xenos; everyone deserves a shot at standing up for themselves. That is what a freeport is. It's freedom, but it 'aint free.
That's all well and good, but you've yet to answer what's in it for us. We don't desperately need a base of operations in Bering, so you'll need to sweeten the deal a little if you want our assistance. We've always been on good terms with Ames Research Station and Bethlehem Station who offer us dedicated ports to offload liberated cargo from undesirables seeking to flood our market with trash to line their own pockets.
An additional sales network would be something we'd be willing to provide assistance for. Yet if you want anything more than scattered guerilla strikes to disrupt Unioner and Separatist activities in the system, that would require deployment of the Phantom Wing. Such is not cheap, we've many persons of interest being hunted and operations that would need to be put on hold.
I suppose you need to ask yourselves how badly you want Bering back, no?

We have to sympathize with the Xeno Alliance regarding this matter, what is there really to be gained from this? and what can you offer and do to hold to the promise you claim to strive for?... to us, this sounds nothing more then a Personal war for Territory Control, ether way... The Wolves see nothing Good coming out of this for the Civilian populace with in the System of Bering and neighbouring systems while your little conquest is underway.
we, The Wolves of Sirius may not have and quarrel's with Harmony, The Unioners or really anyone from ether side of the one Coin, how ever what we do have a problem with is when Civilian bystander's are targeted or caught in the Crossfire, for this reason, we wont Provide any Direct assistance from our Organisation, how ever, we might be able to do a little crowd control in the background as the last thing we would like to see is things escalating well beyond the 'killzone' and into neighbouring systems.
I feel that I should point out that this request of your's is to a degree a double edged sword, asking enemy's to work side by side, in accordance to this i would like to request that you do something about issuing a temporary Cease fire between all party's who agree to render assistance to your cause, im sure there are a number of people here who very much like to not be stabbed in the back, Before, During and after this little Conquest of yours in Bering is ongoing.
