The payloads are ready for use, and are now safely stored on Sendai.

This project has taken far longer than expected, I am also surprised to find out that the DWR posses scientists more proficient than those already based on Sendai, or perhaps their involvement was the cause of the delay. I am not a scientist myself so I will assume that things were just simply more complicated than originally projected and either way I am pleased to hear that the weapon is now ready to be used.

With the completion of this project as is the lease of the Chosa Liner, Kyotos dock masters await The Chosa and the weapons to be delivered at your soonest convenience. The Shogun will be pleased to hear that your clan had success with this project, expect to hear good things during your next visit.

I bring you my sincere apologies for the delay; while the engineers of Sendai were capable of convertion with their own efforts avaliable - they lacked one important detail: the blueprints, and our colleague of The White Rose had the knowledge in possession to cover this flaw up; however, the delay brought a positive trait to the payloads converted, testing in laboratory conditions have shown that they are slightly more effective compared to the general NEMP armaments, so, i would say, the delay resulted in more detailed development of the payloads.

Chosa will return to Kyoto until the end of the day.
