JRG.ProjectHorizon has been sanctioned for:

<Rules broken> 4.4 Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID. Ship and equipment infocards which specify their use on a specific ID or specific ship must only be used on that ID or ship. In all other cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules except as described in 4.5

Consequences: Standard fine

You have ships from last year so the rules should be familiar, you ID does not allow a ship of that cargo capacity.

The rule is written 'cannot use any vessel with more than 4,300 cargo'

Which means that you cannot use, any vessel, with more than 4,300 cargo.

You needed to write 'cargo space' or 'cargo hold' in the rule. Like I explained to admin Inferno, in game; lookup 'cargo' on google. Cargo means goods or what you're carrying in your cargo hold. 'Cargo Hold', 'Cargo Space', 'Cargo Capacity' would define what you are trying to put against this character. IN Rp, i would request a lawyer. As this rule is written clearly wrong and can be interpreted 2 different ways (or more) for a new player.

You cannot use any vessel with more than 4,300 CARGO.

That means you cannot use any vessel with more than 4,300 items in your cargo hold. That's what it means.

I even explained this to the Liberty Rogue who basically reported me after I spent 20 minutes explaining to him (heh, whaddya know, its not just outcasts who snitch #will#make#BH#Alt xd) and i was carrying 2100 cardamine and i was saying, 'read it' -- though he was adamant he said okay are you going to keep that ship?
(Im going outside to punch several trees right now. He got so mad to the point where he went and reported me even when I told him, Im following the rules in my rp and do not wish to have an advantage over any other player. How can one not understand the basics of english?

I'll downgrade to a liner, but that's gonna take me a while so I will grind on a zoner alt. But still, admin needs to look at the way that is written, (I'm an english teacher, id give that a D+) it needs to say, so so simply

Ask the navy guys, they caught me with 3200 black market arms, i gave them up and they said to me 'this guy knows his cargo well' they tried to charge me 10 mill but they blasted me. so its RP if i were to get caught with more guns than that, yeah.
