Of the last seven POB attack declarations five were by one individual, showing he may have "Wyatt Earp Syndrome". That is nearly 75% of the PoB attack declarations.
With the skimpiest of RP, so skimpy in fact that if it was underwear, it would make a nudist blush, the individual concerned attacked bases legal and illegal.
It is clear that this perhaps psychotic individual only targets legal and illegal bases in two systems that have mine fields, and ignores any that exist elsewhere. And the only motivating aspect this individual calls upon, is ooRP discussions about bases close to mine fields. He does not discriminate between those that are legal and those that are not.
Ironically he destroyed a Bretonian sanctioned base in Dublin which was not in the mine field, and did not destroy a Libertonian sanctioned PoB in Texas that is in the minefield.
Now, in my understanding, it is the lawful House government agencies that set the rules around bases and where they can be, and rightly so. It allows for a variety of RP. The server rules do not disallow PoB's in minefields but restricts the core level it can be. But why is he attacking bases that are legally sanctioned and approved by House government agencies? Or not? Smacks of something unhealthy...
I cannot help but conclude that an individual has gone Rambo, shooting everything, and anything just for the hell of it. Justifying it by using the pretext of sorting out the PoB in mining fields from ooRP discussions, and trying to feebly justify it with after event by a made-up RP so clearly doctored it turns into a comical satire.
Pity it has done a lot of damage other than the destruction of the PoB's in question.
It ain't right.
Oh they joy in death, those who undertake to remove the corpses of ship and sailor.

Because he play for enemy side of Bretonia goverment?) For gallic raider, who interrupt Bretonian economy by shooting ALL mining PoBs. This is also reminder for players - Dublin still warfare zone.
That is what happens when you ban the scariest PoB sieger, there is a power vaccuum and now everyone tries to take Weskers place, not knowing that he shall soon return.
I'm fairly certain it's realistically just POBs in and next to mining zones that people siege the crap out of. Stuff people are using as RP stations in the middle of nowhere with no economic value are kosher.
My advice to you, on your next POB adventure, is to put a Defense Module Type 2 on top of and below your base. If you'll put in this much effort to complain about your POB getting rekt, you can certainly put in the effort to slap some guns on it to make it a more daunting prospect to shoot. Full coverage with Pulse + 3,5k range cerbs will encourage just about any lone Bass Hunter to find something else to shoot.

Wesker doesn't have to appeal, he's auto unbanned in 5 days. The ban has a defined duration rather than being indefinite. If the ban was indefinite with the ability to appeal after 6 months then he'd have to write a request.

Which will only cause more work without actually protecting the base, because there are people who can gather 10 skypefriends to blow up a base without breaking a sweat.
It's less work to rebuild a core 1 base than to build a shield and weapons platforms, as you should know.
