to be honest, i wished everyone was limited to 60fps
having an ability to have a better fps than others that dont have that option, to me is having a bit of an unfair advantage... a decent sized transport with decent guns, doesnt seem to hit a close attacker with faster fps

Higher fps increases the responsiveness of your mouse. It helps in groupfights a lot and capping it to 60 would be disasterous. This game is 15 years old, it's really not hard to get average cheap hardware to run it even at 120 fps, which is more than enough. Anyways, this is not the topic to discuss it. Cap videos should be much higher quality from now on due to a new monitor. I can have solid 60 fps which is enough for cap PvP, but if I'm in a snub I'll swap back to 720p like how I recorded most of my videos.
