To whom it may concern,
I'm sending this communique to inquire about a possible exchange. I assume that your organization has the resources to aid me with my small issue, as the Büro seems to be able to function autonomously and maintain information security. I require several equipment modules capable of slip-space positioning signals at a near pinpoint precision rate. We would compensate your organization with credits, and some of our signature power cells, once an agreement is established. This exchange would be in confidence, and to anyone other than the myself and the members involved, this exchange will not have happened. I'm sure you're familiar with this ideal. Name your price.

Ah wunderbar. Dr James Erzie, famed scientist to the IRG... Well, I must say I respect that you've pulled off a pseudocide quite well, Ja? I would of counted that missing report for dead. Anyhow, my department are very much interested in obtaining the resources that you describe as these Ingenuus power cells for further research. Having them off the IRG's record will be something we might be able to gladly take advantage of. As for your needed components for Slip-Space positioning, we absolutely have the resources and knowledge for production devices that you might be after, although please note that we're not a corporation so this might take some time. Obviously we're going to have to discuss what core features are required with the equipment you're after, otherwise we can't obviously undergo any sales discussions.
Hopefully we can conduct business soon.

Oberhauser,
Let's just say death has its advantages; specifically gaining perspective. What I require is simple. I need a modular equipment attachment, versatile enough to be put on virtually any ship, powered by auxiliary capacitors, that can transmit coordinates at a high accuracy through multiple systems. I plan to incorporate a network matrix with these devices, as to have options with a hyperspace drive, ideally removing my upkeep requirement for coordinates. At least some of it. I believe five devices will be sufficient.

As discussed with my department, we've approved of the construction and selling of AE HRS-4 "Quantenmarker" Slip-space beacons. They have the features you might be looking for, Ja?
Mounted on smaller scale vessels that have the capability for an expanded energy system, its array sends out a signal that tears though the fabric of space itself with an amplified array that will be mounted externally on the vessel. Since they're not working on a space-time co-ordinate that is impacted by space's Doppler effect, you'll find that signals received from this vessel are precise to the exact kilometer.
Enough of these devices, you'll have plenty of time to read the instruction manuals upon delivery. What we need to talk about the pricing as we might be able to come to an arrangement:
As of currently each HRS-4 is priced at a external market value of 398.312.500 Sirius Credits. And as you're asking for a batch load of five, the total pre-negotiations will be 1,991,562,500 Sirius credits... But with the introduction of at least 3 off-record Ingenuus power cells, we're hoping to then provide a 10% discount from the total price.
As for now, the price comes to1,792,406,250 Sirius Credits along with 3 Ingenuus Power cells, if this is a price you're able to pay, my department will be quick on the line to get the product built and shipped to you.

Oberhauser,
Your price is steep, but I suppose hyper-translation of anything isn't cheap. I'll have the Power cells ready, and the credits transferred when the equipment is completed. I use Freeport one as a home port, so I will be able to pick the equipment up from there.

I'd be glad to report after such a long effort. that your products are complete. It was a challenge but it was decisive to say our first large batch order for such complex devices. Hopefully our care and detail into their construction should come to great assistance within your endeavours. But before this stage of export can commence, we must discuss the terms of payment:
Please initiate a transfer of 1,792,406,250 Sirius Credits to the specified account of BDM|L7-Schwarzfuchs, after which we shall send a location for the exchange of the HRS-4's and IRG power cells to take place in a secure channel...
Take care Dr. Erzie

Oberhauser,
The payment has been sent and we have the required goods ready for transfer. Please notify us of the location, and we will proceed to that location as soon as possible.

We can confirm that we've secured and taken delivery of the payment, these powerceclls will do us a great deal of effort within our porjects. We can now close this file.
