Let me atone for this incivility by providing you with a more verbose assessment of our positions. There is in fact some common ground for building a mutual understanding. We both do not want to see The Sun King's banner over Bretonia and the Independent Worlds. Your government has also established a certain understanding with Malta which proves that you can be both pragmatic and open minded. I am also more than certain that you are very happy with our attacks on Gallic convoys in Leeds. Therefore, let us start from this very thing.
Provide us with current intelligence on Gallic commercial traffic arriving at Leeds. List most common materials being transported, employed trade routes, frequency of shipments and involved entities. If we are to hit Gallic logistics hard, we need to know more about it.
Provide us with an overview of current Gallic position in the Tau region. General concentration of forces, quick reaction forces response times and zones of control. If we are to operate more in the region we should know what we will be dealing with. You can add a passage on the Orkney operation as a little bonus.
Generally state your objectives within Liberty space and describe boundaries of your operational protocol. If you do not wish your agents to be accidentally killed we need to be aware of your general operations in the region.
Incoming traffic into Leeds consists mainly of troops, food, military materials and medical supplies for the current war on planet Leeds. An increase in Gallic Jump gate and lane components has also been observed for the hastened production of a new Jump gate in that system. EFL does most of the shipping, although a few independent traders have been seen. Of particular note is the presence of a few Rheinlanders, although we have little information on what they haul and where they go as yet.
The Royal Navy's position in the Taus is geared more around occupation rather then entrenchment, they are also developing the region for civil traffic, although it serves the military currently. You would be wise to avoid the IMG in the taus as well, as they are no doubt being watched by Naval intelligence. We suspect the Outcasts to have a better picture of Tau-23 and 37 than we do, but we do know that Tau-31 would be an ideal 'fall back point' in the event of a general retreat by the fleet in Leeds. I would personally advise avoiding Orkey since the recent fuss in that system has seen has considerable influx in patrols, but if you insist on going there, I'd advise going through Tau-23, sector C4 is your entry point.
Our operations in Liberty must remain classified, but rest assured, we will give you notice before entering with more specific details should the need arise.

Professor Hunter is unavailable for the foreseeable future so I will be taking over these negotiations. The truth is that the Intelligence Services of Bretonia have been chronically and consistently inferior than the respective ones from Liberty and Rheinland. That is reflected in the intel you provided us here with as well as in the mindset of previous BIS administrations.
Fortunately however we now see you're willing to negotiate and compromise even though the hour is late. Bretonia is about to fall. Our men for a year now have standing orders to not actively seek and destroy BAF personnel as we see the Gauls as the greatest threat for the people we are fighting for. Thus, I am willing to agree on a Non-Aggression Pact between the Lane Hackers and the BIS. That does not mean we are friends or business partners, for you have little of substance to offer, it is plainly a mutually beneficial arrangement.
