As far as we are aware, the Nonsense Factory which is the name of an existing rogue base the group gets its name from and only due to the term ''being another fine product from the nonsense factory'' and while that term comes from the novels - if the Discovery Mod development team has decided to use this name and the use of names like these have never been a subject of negative feedback for LR, PLR or other rogue factions, we are not going to prevent anyone from using these names.
In short, your concerns about the name are noted but overall have been dismissed as subject of personal taste.

Again, however, the Nonsense Project has no restriction or guidelines on naming conventions.
The name of the group stems from a name from an existing discovery mod asset.

A discussion about imports is being held because someone other than me brought up the fact that mentioned names come from the "Culture" novels, but by some strange logic you chose to object towards calling them imports.

My concern with the name was not that it's an import, but that it looks like a continuation of immersion-breaking and silly RP (as stated quite clearly two times already). I don't know about the LR or PLR in particular, but there have certainly been a number of complaints, admin statements, and sanctions over "funny" and oorp/meme names, into which category I count the name "Nonsene Project" for a faction.

But if you prefer to beat up strawmen and call them silly instead of addressing the real feedback, I guess that's also an answer that shows what can be expected from the faction.

Hey, say, is there some sort of overview which individuals and groups are running which places? Two years ago I was doing much ingame-RP with the guys who based on Montezuma in Cortez and got good rep and docking rights with them, however I wonder how it is with the other groups and bases, who does what and whether they have diplomacy with anothershared or not and such. After all, I think Alcatraz Rogues are still a thing and @VeX boios and @Moka and Sirius Rogues and what not.
