I purchased from =DSE- a franchise to mine Premiun Scrap in Texas and inport/export that PS in their Smelter adjacent to the Mining Zone.
That smelter has been decommissioned and as yet there is no alternative facility to continue the mining operation. +DSE- have suggested that we dock at your base but I would not atempt to dock without permission.
Therefore I seek your authority to dock the following 2 vessels at your base.

=DSE-Vermont
=DSE-OreLogistics3

My transport would always return to your base empty therefore it is free to inport any commodity that your base needs.

Important notice from Reys Family.

While personnel in charge was heavily intoxicated, one or two of our wifes clogged utilisation channel, what caused critical mode of smelter's reactor #3. Further decompression caused fatal change of Port's orbit, and debates about inheritance rights. Right now Port Reys almost smelted (or freezed, our analytics computer request more beer to give answers) by Chisos surface. Hope we dont violated Liberty eco-laws.

Port Reys officially closed and end existence.
