ORDER PRIMARY FLEET SECRETARIA OF ADMIRALITY

Agreements with the Council of Zoners require special applications by the Council itself for capital crafts that Order produce. These applications are then to be decided on together with the Admirality of Order as well as the representatives of the Council, regarding the production costs, additional costs and contributional fees, near to the tech team training.

Therefore, ally or not, any Zoner captain requesting permission for such craft's acquiring, first have to apply to his/her own council, get the consessium done and ask for the CoZ leaders to apply for discussions. Each capital craft requested by Zoners costs severe resources to the Council so its a prime decision, not to be done by some small comm chatter.

This is the final decision of Order Admirality and Zoner Council. If you have any problems with this regulation, please apply to your Council for details.

Order fleet will not allow any non-Order personnel to acquire any Order technology without meeting the requirements.

With the Bounty Hunters Guild pressing us from Omicron Delta, and the continued threat of the Keepers and Nomads, it becomes too easy for us to forget about less obvious perils.

Given the reports we receive of the increase in activity of the Wilde in Rheinland and Bretonia, I have relocated my Hathor class gunboat, Apep's Tear, to the Omega systems in order to observe, log and eliminate any Wilde threat that I can.

The Bounty Hunters Guild is also highly active in this sector, given the presence of several "unlawful" factions, so I expect I will be kept busy.

"Goodday, Admirals. During the Carrier Bastet's time in drydock at Evora, it underwent extensive refit and upgrading to it's weapon and power systems. Simultaneously, the standard-issue "captain's yacht" - an armored freighter - has been replaced with a modified Hathor-Class Gunboat designed for stealth incursions into hostile territory. This Gunboat is dubbed the Bubastis, and will remain moored to the Bastet when it is not in use."

"The Bastet, and the Bubastis, are currently set on patrols in Omicron Minor and Omicron 100, awaiting further orders from High Command. Perhaps a stealth incursion into house space to test out our new yacht would be suitable?"

It seems that replacing the standard issue captain's yacht of the Carrier with a full sized Gunship results in a much higher mass, and as such an adverse effect on combat effectiveness."

"The Hathor-Class Gunship, Bubastis, has been refit for standard duty, and command of the ship has been transferred to Captain Osmadiel Och. In addition, the craft has been redesignated the Anakhmet. I spoke with the Captain and his crew briefly, and I believe they will make a good contribution to The Order in their new position."

Medium height, muscular with a bull neck, Osmadiel Och inhabits most of the viewscreen. Behind him a thin, taller man stands in the requisite Order black jumpsuit, the metal holds only a dull glint due to it's matte rub. This man can be seen through the gap between Osmadiel's sloped neck, reminiscent of the mountains on Hamburg, and the edge of the viewscreen. It is Osmadiel's First Officer, Peter Gleifner, a Rheinlander like his commander.

"To those who it may concern, with specific attention to the Order High Command," says Osmadiel, taking great care to not mumble. "The Anakhment nee-Bubastis, a Hathor class Gunship, is now under the command of Osmadiel Och. At those times when Osmadiel Och is not at the helm, command shall fall to First Officer Peter Gleifner. Gleifner, stand here so they can see you." The two men switch places, the gaunt face of Peter Gleifner hovers on the viewscreen. He attempts a smile but it all goes wrong.

"Guten Tag, mein name ist Peter Gleifner." Without anymore preamble, the two men switch again and it is Osmadiel's broad face that smiles with a modicum more charisma from the viewscreen.

"We have waited with great patience for half a year for a vessel of this quality to come into our hands. We have watched sunrise to sunset on Toledo but we are now able to experience again the forever-noon of space. We thank the Commander of the Bastet, Kaylee Staite, for her help in causing this outcome. The Commander is a rock in these uncertain times, and I shall have no man or woman say otherwise, or mention in disrespect the lack of lines on that young lady's face or even-" Peter Gleifner is, by this point, prodding the <strike>hill</strike> shoulder of Osmadiel Och in quick, frantic motions.

The face of Osmadiel Och crumples. It is like an avalanche that lasts a quarter of a second. He half-turns to Peter Gleifner. "I've done it now, haven't I? We're barely in the thing, our paint still wet on the side and we're going to have ourselves hauled out and dumped back on Toledo."

"Kapitan." The thin lips of Peter Gleifner disappear against one another.

Osmadiel Och straightens. He inhabits the viewscreen far more than he has inhabited it before. His presence looms. Osmadiel Och says, "We are proud to serve. We shall defend the human."

Behind Och, Peter Gleifner presses a red button on a control terminal cropped almost out of sight by the angle of the camera.

Good evenin',

Command of the Light Carrier "The.Golden.Sphinx" has been transfered to myself. This change occured abruptly so I been a bit busy. At the current time she'll be undergoin' a systems overhaul on Evora. Also, I will be selectin' a new crew te accompany my command as the old crew done transfered to a new Osiris with the previous commander. I shall bring to yer attenshun that the defense of Minor and 100 serve our primary directives in the reserve fleet, while limited patrol operatshuns will occur in Delta, some neighboring aliied systems, and systems reported ter have Nomad or Wilde activity. Under no circumstance shall I Order my crew or others folks inter 'Laska without prior approval of the Primary Fleet or High Command. This should avoid most of the dillemers involved with Alasker. Of couse I swear to follow the orders of The High Command and The Primary Fleet.

Once the new crewman are selected, and the systems have recieved an upgrade, I will re-christen her the "Nekhbet." Any questions should be directed te my private channel. I should be in my Nephy or sekhmet more often than not, please direct communications to them first.

first off, my apologies for processing this registration too late. I was a bit busy running around Sirius being chased by nomads. Now that I`m back at Evora I can catch up with my paperwork.

so, for the record. I hereby register "my" Reseph recon cruiser the Valley of Kings.

I had weapon system refitted for reconnaissance purposes rather than close combat. if the Valley gets dragged into a fight, it can only play a support combat role. we practically only have long range weaponry.

currently the setup is as follows:

1 Light Mortar
2 Pulse cannons
1 Order cruise missle launcher
4 Cerberus turrets

and some other electrical gizmos like CM flare dispensers and armor upgrades.

She has advanced sensors and a cloak at her disposal, along with an advanced jumpdrive.

Her armour is a Capital Mark 7 ablative armour, and her shield is a cruiser graviton.
