The Rock Salt Nightclub is property of Elroy Carpenter, the Bursar of The League. Having amassed a not insignificant fortune to buy up the space, the materials, and the labor, he has finally established it properly.
Seemingly within hours, a thriving underground supply of illicit substances found their way inside, as well as several "plainclothes" Lost Company pilots looking to mingle with the civilians, looking for all the world like law-abiding citizens out to have a good time. It is a gold-plated, neon-lit warren of depravity. In the more "public" area, socialites party wantonly as usual, whilst in the backrooms, hard-or-impossible-to-legally-acquire substances are consumed freely. It is the perfect place to lose yourself, if only for a little while.
It is in this den that deals are made and contraband discreetly distributed. However, tonight, the proprietor is in high spirits following what he refers to as "a successful negotiation abroad". Elroy Carpenter, who's made a bit of a name for his criminally-inclined alter ego, Halite, is walking around incognito. His dyed blue hair does not particularly stick out in this crowd, nor does the three-piece he's consciously avoiding having any drinks spilled upon. Someone he believes he's definitely met before catches his eye and he goes over to have a few words. "So what brings you to this hole in the wall?"
