The Geb is a Class 15 ship, and is an assault battlecruiser according to its current infocard either way.

Thyrzul, I care less about feeding your daily requirement of arguments and arbitrary note in .INI file and more what actually constitutes as a carrier (which are inconsistent class within itself) in regards of the original thread's meaning.

Geb

A heavily modified Osiris class transport, only the outer hull remained after Order technicians started to modify an Osiris class battleship to achieve a new mobile assault base. The cloaking mechanism was removed, leaving room for four seperate large launch tubes. These were not meant to fire torpedoes into space, but to allow rapid deployment of multiple fighters into space in rapid succession. A revolving mechanism "reloads" the tubes with fighters sitting in the inside the Geb.

Although smaller than the Osiris, the light powercore classifies the Geb a Battlecruiser, and limits its weapon and shield sizes. The nature of this ship also allows it to function as a deadly artillery platform, assisting its fighters against large threats. At close range the lighter shielding makes the ship vulnerable, especially against other capital ships, but its firepower will ensure an effective defense.

the carriers that currently count as medium battleships are going to be buffed by the drone bay.
Seriously if you know how to dodge in those beauts prims are all you need and that drone bay is just more pressure oh my god i can't wait!

Shame i don't own a Zephyr or Elbe but they should become so much stronger with the introduction of drone bays and the removal of heavies.
Also the invincible and Tempest have terrible turn rates being 9.12 and 9.09 please buff this turret steering which is my art at this point is so lacking in both these ships and a few others i haven't flown.
Maybe standardise these to 10.31 the same as the Bismarck and arbeiter.

Anyway i actually look forward to these drone bays.

In case the highlighted areas are still insufficient for you, you can check ship stats, hull, powercore, mountable turret classes in FLStat to confirm it's indeed a battlecruiser and not a carrier. If you still feel the infocard is misleading, I'm sure the Infocard Writer Dev Team would have no objections to you coming forward with a less confusing infocard draft. It would be understandable as the current one is a bit wonky with obvious changes to only certain phrases.

If you think you don't need to listen to me because you feel it's once again just my usual daily session of obligatory arguements, at least you can consider Shooter's or Jadon King's comments. Though I do wonder how many people you need to say the same counter-point before you begin considering reason.
