We have seen the recent declarations of war. Whilst we are saddened to see two great Houses embroiled in conflict, we will refrain from getting in-between your politics as it is not our place. We do, however, still care about the safety of your pilots and the sovereignty of your territories during this war - two things criminal scum will most likely attempt to maliciously take advantage of when you are fighting. This cannot be allowed to stand.
The Core has taken upon itself to construct a 'Sigma Taskforce' to better police the Sigma region in these difficult times, and allow yourselves to focus on the war effort rather than dealing with the rabble that might attempt to sabotage your efforts:

Currently, these operations are philanthropic. The Core feels it has an obligation to help our allies. It would be a good incentive and within your interest, so that you may come out top in this conflict.
On another note, I'm sure the Military could use shipments of APM Advanced Hardware, Iridium and Azurite. As of right now, Kusari hasn't made any embargoes against any of our exports. It's an opportune time to conduct business.

Allow me a quick introduction - Falke Schneider, Vizeadmiral of Rheinwehr, that I will represent during this conversation. Apologise for the delay with the answer, as you can understand with the current development of events in Sigma sector it's not so easy to come up with anything decent in a short time. We remember the effort you put in during the first stage of war and we really appreciate it.
While we have nothing against your offer and want to support it, there are several conditions to make an agreement:
1) Capital ships above the "gunboat" class aren't allowed to join the warzone.
2) Each the Core pilot, operating in this area, should be registred in a separate channel.
3) For each kill of Rheinland or general unlawfuls (Corsairs, the Order pilots) pilot, the Core pilot will get a monetary reward in size of:
3.1) 5 millions per fighter or bomber class.
3.2) 10 millions per gunboat-cruiser class.
3.3) 15 millions for anything above.
Claims will be sent into the separate channel as well. If you do agree with these conditions, we will set up all needed channels and you can start your work.
And again we thank you for your willingless to keep the battlefield clear from criminal scum. I hope to see a good cooperation between our groups.

I have read the terms of the contract and they are mostly sound. I'll have to point out however that limiting our range of ship classes to use in these contracts, especially when before this conflict they had been flying through the Sigma region just fine, isn't a good idea. Basically, criminal scum doesn't abide by regulations like this, and so limiting The Core would be more of a hindrance than a help when dealing with hostile capital vessels. It's your choice.
