Description

Following the Unioners' decision to withhold a Hel-class cruiser from Harmony, backing out of the deal, and negotiations failing, Harmony is now forced to act. Launching a strike squadron of one cruiser and a wing of fighters from Marshall, Harmony's strike team is sent to ensure the Hel is secured by Harmony and interned at Marshalls' drydocks for sabotage scanning. The Unioners are very aware of this, and have stationed their own protection squadron to defend the Hel as leverage against Harmony.

Details

Alster Union and Battlegroup Harmony ships will be given priority to participate. In the event of a lack of numbers, either side will be allowed to recruit indies to fill the empty spots. Harmony vessels will gather at Freeport 2, while the Unioners will defend Pacifica to the last man.

Rules

Obscene loadouts will be highly frowned on in this event. The use of dual-nova suiciding will not be allowed.
General rule-of-thumb of 'If it's stupid, should I do it?' should be used here. If it's stupid, don't do it. This includes NEMPs.
Standard PvP rules apply; Once you're dead, you're dead.
