Quote:Mr Black,
it did say from 50,000 to 250,000 not just those 2 the more danger your in the more you get paided as Miss Graves does on her fathers station.
Well its pretty much what Im talking about... 50k on Leeds and Cambridge. 250k on Dublin due to Miss Graves being a biatch, making it hard job and 250k in Omega 3 for being stationed in most dangerous area for an employee. Thats the suggestion.
Yes i should work very well, and for that little RP idea i like it, memebers could strike and so on, though i hope the amount of money will stop this the RP side of it would be good. Like Maggi Thatcher in the 70's in UK and the miner strikes could be interesting, but i thnk thats for a later date not going to happen just as we start Heh
Just a quick question, since I didn't see it addressed by anyone else:
Why is only Kruger unfriendly while Daumann is also a competitor in the Omegas? In fact, as far as I know, Daumann is a bigger competitor in the Omegas (Rugen Station). Shouldn't both Kruger and Daumann be unfriendly? Or is there a specific RP reason I missed?
Otherwise, it looks very good.
Thanks for any response.

If I am reading post #42 correctly, an employee only gets to keep 20% of what he makes from his BMM activities, plus the salary (the salary is really a roleplaying component and doesn't have any practical value. A starflier can make 50k in profit in 30 minutes.)
1) What is going to happen to the other 80% of each employee's profits?
2) Expecting players to make a post after each transaction, or even each session of trading is impractical.
3) This will cause the faction to only attract players who have no need for any more credits, because this organizational structure basically won't allow them to accumulate any at a reasonable speed.
4) I still don't see any concrete criteria that employees have to meet in order to be promoted.
Overall I think this is a good proposal, but the confiscation of trading profits and "salaries" to employees is going to severely limit how many players will sign up. In my view, commercial factions should be a first stop for new players to the server, but this one basically has nothing to offer someone who is just starting out : why would someone want to spend 80% of his trading time making someone else rich?

Well i was trying to make it more RP, would a Asda(wallmart) driver get 100% profit of his trade route? But i see where you coming from. I'll change it, for the reasons you said. As for Promotions i'll get on it, was a basic idea that Kacijon put on i'll update it now.
Updated- traders keep 90% and Miners 85% pay system still the same (extra insentive may be changed due to lack of funds) but that all depends on memebers and traders i will trade to make up for any short falls in the pay system.
