Just wanted to post to inform you about the new RP server we're starting up. We've been going for nearly a day, and already have 22 users. We're resetting tonight, and becoming truly RP at 8:00pm.
For anyone who is interested, just come along and connect after 8pm, and we'll be happy to welcome you. For now, we're keeping everyone as a normal player, doing whatever they want.
However, the basic rules are:
No killing under level 20's, without provocation
All players must carry an ID at all times
After level 25, players must have a faction ID
Cheating of any kind will not be tolerated
Each user may only have a maximum of 5 accounts
All users will pay attention to administrators and show them the respect they deserve
We'll post up a more extensive and comprehensive list on our website when its finished. For now, we're just seeing how this turns out, but we hope to be able to keep it running.
Players will require the 4.84 discovery modification. If we are going to update to a newer version, players will be informed 24 hours in advance.
Please note, that the administrators have the right to kick and ban players who do not do as they are asked. All administrator requests will be sensible and responsible, and they must be respected. If a player is kicked and banned, a screenshot will be taken to prove the players guilt/innocence. If reasonable evidence is not given, the player will be unbanned within 24 hours, and an apology given. The administrators are Administrator and Nathan. A more up to date list will be available in the server news box when connecting to the server.
You can connect to our server by using the server list update (read more at fllistserver.com) or by using the Freelancer Web Launcher (which can be downloaded here). Once the Web Launcher is installed, go here freelancer://lancersrp.no-ip.org:2302 to connect to the server.

Just a quick thing, if you could use a slightly different name than "Discovery RP 24/7", that way it will not cause confusion between the two.

Yes, thanks for that. We've now called it Lancers Discovery RP 24/7. Sorry if it seemed we were trying to make a fake server, but it seemed like the only way I could think of (at the time) to include the mod name too. If there are any other issues, please message me, and I'm sure we could sort them out.
