***Incoming Transmission***
***Comm ID: Commander Mia Bonello, Corsica***
***Target ID: All Outcast Capital Ships***
***Re: Poltroons***

Whilst I will be rather surprised if any of you morons know what the subject line of this communique means off the top of your heads, take its meaning to heart. As of 1200 hours Corsica Standard Time tomorrow all Outcast capital ships Destroyer-sized and larger not affiliated with the Liberty Rogues are henceforth banned from engaging any targets in the New York system. To do so, they should follow this set of guidelines:
  • Do not come within ten kilometers of any planetoids within Liberty
  • Maintain a ten-kilometer minimum ditance from any lawful base in the New York system (Manhattan, Newark, Trenton, Detroit, Pittsburg, West Point, Baltimore, Fort Bush, Norfork, Battleship Missourri)
  • Do not attempt to hack access to Trade Lanes.
  • Do not engage any lawful vessel in the New York system unless you are fired upon.
I hope I make myself clear; I have FIVE Destroyers sitting in my drydock at the moment, being repaired because their commanding officers, who may be facing an early retirement, possibly into a quantum state of nonexistance, because they felt the need to strut their stuff and invade bleeding New York. Enough, my friends, is enough. Bonello out.

//BEGIN TRANSMISSION//

Greetings,

I have two questions that might benefit all: Does this Ban include the outlying Liberty systems IE Colorado, Texas, and California? And my other question, what steps are being taken to assure that Capitol ships are abiding by this Ban?

Respectfully,

This ban only applies to the New York system. It is presumed that captains have enough sense to know which parts of Liberty's territories (Namely, those with Battleships in the immediate area) to stay away from.

Ample eyes and ears are available in Liberty's core, and we have a dozen different ways to watch each captain do something foolish. If he violates his orders he will almost certainly be noticed and reported, and hence visited by the repossession squad, consisting of Falcattas...many, many Falcattas...
