For a brief moment contact to the Hub attempting the connection was lost, before it came back online. Upon connecting to the unit link the amount of information gained from sensors was suddenly increased by attributes like improved understanding of haptics or the collective information of synapses-like structures when experiencing a multitude of emotions for the duration of the connection. The hub was now located inside a vast void, not unlike the interface Sentinel units use to communicate and exchange data.

Over the last months, the sapient AI on Outpost Secundus worked on a way to overcome their natural barrier when it came to communicating with the denizens of Moros. Being made of metal rather than flesh, there were no synapses that the Nomads could interface with and thus communication with the Gammu AI has always been an arduous task for the Nomads. While the Nomads possess the means to interface with technology, as evidenced by their ability to access human jump gates and trade lanes, the Gammu AI does not allow itself to be wielded like a tool. At a stalemate, the Gammu AI created a hybrid communication node on Outpost Secundus. Part flesh, part machine, the hope is that the apparatus would present the two life forms with a way of communicating that would put neither at the mercy of the other.

They express satisfaction with the establishment of a rudimentary communications device and accept its existence just as they always have. What you name Omicron Lost is considered shared space by the Advisors; Moros remains theirs, Secundus yours. They ask to elaborate on the expansions planned for Secundus. In addition, they inquire as to the Collective's strategic interest in Omicron Lost.
The Advisors wish to convey the following message:
The Collective's goals are able to stand alongside their own. The resources present within the Omicron Lost system are of no importance to them. They would like to establish with the Collective who is and who is not considered an undesirable outside influence in order to harmonize the actions towards this end. The following entities have in the past been of service and/or assisted the Advisors:

The Advisors inquire for clarification of the Collective's stance on these entities.

The Advisors wish to convey the following message:
From the provided input about the inquired about collectives they deduce this much: There is no need for either the Advisors or the Collective to consider the abovementioned collectives hostile unless they prove themselves to be. Other entities within and without Omicron Lost, Delta and your own dwelling are therefore to be prioritized and warded off.
The Collective stated the collection of resources as one of its objectives within Omicron Lost. The Advisors would like to inquire as to the Collective's interest in various chemical elements, mainly carbon and silicon, but also the substance called Azurite as well as any other organic compound. While the Advisors have no use for metals, there is a demand for the aforementioned elements. Should the Collective have or find limited use for them, they would propose an agreement wherein the aforementioned resources are to be provided to us in case the Collective comes across them while in return, the Advisors shall provide anything not stated above to the Collective.
"The materials specified have certain usages, but also among them is an unfamiliar designation. Azurite has not been encountered by the Collective, and we have no knowledge on the substance. It could be a name you have for something that we have named something else, or it could be we have never studied it before."

Carbon - No specific use but has minor uses in parts of our infrastructure and technology.
Silicon - Major uses within our infrastructure and internal systems.
Iridium - Minor uses within our internal systems and space-born constructions.
Copper - Major uses within our infrastructure and internal systems.
Iron - Minor uses within most systems, non-essential due to the surplus of better materials.
Azurite - As stated just prior, the Collective has no knowledge on this substance.
"We have the ability to synthesise certain elements and compounds when required and have small scale mines within the Ravine for the extraction of these minerals. The above list summarises the Collective's interest on the more common elements found within the region designated as 'Omicrons'. We pride ourselves on being efficient and resourceful, and can find a use for most of the things we acquire.
We are attempting to set up various mining locations across the area designated as "Sirius". Should we be able to secure additional resources, the Collective will find no issue in forming a mutually beneficial agreement with the Vagrants."
The Advisors wish to convey the following message:
According to their predictions, it is going to benefit all of us if we set up a distribution plan for the abovementioned resources. The following proposal is therefore submitted to the Collective for review:
Resources encountered in both parties respective home systems are to be divided at a rate of 9 to 1.
Resources encountered in a system adjacent to that parties home systems are to be divided equally.
Resources encountered beyond that are to be used at the leisure of each respective party.
In addition, the Advisors would like to invite the Collective to attend the weening trial of one of our young in approximately twenty four hours standard time. It will present the Collective with the opportunity to study the substance the Advisors know as Azurite and thereby confirm whether we are using the same language or whether the Collective has not encountered this substance yet.
