As you must have heard, we recently claimed Anatolia system, its primary Coalition base located on planet Istanbul. At the moment, the station is desolated due to the recent complications during "Descend" operation. It is crucial that we fortify our newly acquired territories. To this end, we decided to expand X-3 facility know as "Rostok", in particular its cargo bay to allow larger deliveries for the expansion of the surface base.

In this regard, Rostok requires:
- 19400 Hull sements
- 200 Industrial Hardware

The construction has already been commenced. We suggest that we contact our trusted allies operating in the vicinity for the purposes of providing the necessary materials.
