However with the Altenburg in the vicinity It would not be easy delivering supplies. They'd be unbearably naive to think something of that magnitude could even be considered in the midst of another ongoing plan and so long as the Altenburg remains in place. This will have to be shelved for consideration later, there's too much at our doorstep - acting now would be suicide.

Tell the Bundschuh this'll be shelved for consideration once Dresden is ours in totality. Make it clear to them, and if they have an issue remind them the alternative is negotiating with a far less patient audience. They're our allies, but drawing up something of this magnitude so spontaneously within our territory is all but suicidal and selfish.
