Never walk her WITHOUT a leash, never.
It's not about her, she's dog,she got instincts, maybe she wont touch humans but she'll run for cat or cars or bird or...you never know that.
I use to walk my dog without it for some time, when i realized what i was doing i stopped.
If she run you can't catch her cause she's much faster and then what?
Go without leash only when isolated in nature and that only when you're certain that she listens your commands every time.
Hope i helped.

The attack dog though.

edit: I know guys. That is what I said. I walk her only in park, when others agree or in nature, without a leash.

I do not want to sound wrong but she follows all commands, no matter what.

She likes cats too.

dogs build up on your energy, if you're taking your day out on something your dog will feed on it. Before you walk it make sure its calm if its wagging and running around, make it calm then take it out. Also have you taken it to a vet ?

I planned on taking her to vet after the weekend. I took her to vet when I addopted her.

Thanks for the advice. I will try that out.

Also get her an anti-flee collar.

Or some anti-flee drops that are sprinkled on the back of the neck where the dog cant lick.

Beware though, the flees will leave the dog and look for the next victim, which will probably be you.

p.s: Not an expert in dog breeds, but she looks kinda like the dog that ate Ramsey Bolton's face, so you may wanna make sure you feed her regularly.

hi I have 6 dogs, 4 are the 4th generation of my own pets. 2 are "pitbull" as folks call them. our dog ywitches because it is dreaming, they alo orta run and make barkin noises too.. perceftly normal. Who ever is telling you this "fighting" dog stuff is an absolute moron. The marks on your dog appear to be just scratches or something. I live in Canada out on the prairies. it gets well below -20 here, in fact it is colder than that right now. My dawg live in the oue. they spend a lot of time outside in the winter, wandering of for hours ata time.. No problems.. I have had recue dogs from puppy mills and a couple from dog fighting places. Fleas or ticks will "present" themselves..ticks are rea; eay to spot as they swell up to the size of grapes when they get to sucking blood. jut rip em off and burn em.. I remove about 300 ticks a day from my dogs during tick season out here. watch for the ones that try to get into your dogs ears.. thats nasty and hadr to get out. te marks on your dog appear to be scratches or maybe he i nipping at herself to scratch. or perhaps a stick or twig, fleas do not really leave a big mark. NOt sayng i am an expert, but, I have been raising dogs fer 20 years. A dog is as nice as its human...dogs are mean .. ONLY.. if taught to be mmean. You can easily unteach that.. treat em like an 6 year old that never grows up// Smile

As the person, who had a bad experience with dogs in the past (I was attacked by a homeless dog when I was a child), I can assure you, that if I see a dog without a leash running towards me I will be scared af and it will be kinda a big stress for me. I can also panic and try to run away and then your god will think for sure, that I want to "play".

You do you, I guess though.

Btw, I'm trying to deal with this fear of dogs and I want to say, that I would pet your dog. She is cute.

Hey guys. Yes, she is very cute and I used to say a lot that she is like a child. Thanks for the advices, I am reliefed and yeah, Corpus, once you would begin to pet her you wouldn't be able to go away. As soon as you stop, she gives you that look.

That's why she sleeps with me. It is third night in row that she barks at something at 4 am which wakes ne up. Then we storm out and I ask her "What's that, huh?!" and she acts all badass and proud. Then it begins to get cold and we storm in the house.

What I didn't say is that I didn't believe that I will get her in good shape, trained, to take her stress out. BecUse she looked like she had bad life. Now, she listens me fully, but not as slave. Like a gratitude I think.

Sometimes, we sit and I think she is about to talk with ne. Never could think that dog, especially this breed, can be so inteligent and self aware, with personality.

Edit:, Karlotta, she is actually over weighted. That's where my brother or his girlfriend mistake with ammount of food, tho out of worrying. When I brought her she was only bones and skin.

However, I will have more time now to walk her and we will get her some muscles.
