There is no need to add fuel to the fire! If you have a reason in your RP to enter Alaska then do so, and stick to your story. Don't just go there because you can, and to piss off other Liberty Security Force members.

I may have missed the answer, but if we want access to zone 21 who must we ask?

If you are not Liberty Security Force yes you do maybe navy and NA but i think that is a Player faction law im not sure..


EDIT...whoops i misread your post i thought you were asking if you needed to ask for permission not who you needed to ask

It's more or less stated in the canon that Zone 21 is restricted to all but the highest Navy/LSF.
