Cruiser shield is what you need right? A Standard one will run you about 5 million credits, an added 5 for the trouble of getting this with out to many questions being asked will suffice.

But, there's a bit more to it. I'd like to extend our business to something larger... And more profitable for you. The Cohort is in progress of reconstructing a warship. A battered Hellfire battlecruiser salvaged in the Vera Cruz Ice Field. We do have the means, materials as well as the funds to repair it but without a proper shipyard, we are dead in the water. What we need is a single drydock tube, two of the cargo holds to be used as a staging area and on-site workshop, as well as access to some of your facilities. Also, we expect full privacy and confidentiality.
In return, I can give you my guarantees that the whole project and Congress involvement will be kept in secret. We do not wish to harm your reputation with the local parties nor provoke any conflict in the region. This will be solved in peace and quiet, and hopefully, in a timely manner. Hmm, normally we do not rent out our drydocks especially for militaristic purposes. However, I have yet to see your organization fall short on their promises. Your request has been approved. Drydock A and its adjoining storage areas are yours, the fee will be 100 million a month.
In order to maximize secrecy, anything you need resource wise will be delivered by Congress. Last I need to Unioners or Harmony ,or worse Liberty, snooping around because they noticed an increase in Gaian Traffic into Puerto Rico.
As for the other demands, I agree to them. We don't want to put the Congress up to any risk so all the traffic can be handled by unmarked civilian vessels and Junker transports. We'll make sure to keep our heads low and to conclude the deal swift and painless. I'll be arriving within several hours to inspect the shipyard and to run over other details. Also, make sure the shield I requested is awaiting me there. I need it ASAP.
