Owner's or organization's affiliation and a brief description of the owner's or the organization's activities: Sirius Base Construction, SBC, is a Freelancer affiliated company specializing in construction and maintenance of space installations. We want to abide by the House laws and regulations and we do not deal with unlawful groups.

System and Coordinates of Base (or you may send these privately): Texas F4, Orbiting moon Abilene.

Reason(s) for Construction: As our company grows, we found ourselves in need of headquarters.
Previously approved installation SBC_Temporary_Orbital_Warehouse is no longer sufficient for our expanding operations. We plan to dismantle it, and use the materials for new station.

Evidence of allowing docking rights to Liberty Forces (tags: LPI- , [LN] , =LSF= , 5th|) (if the base is already constructed): • Attachment [ Doking rights will be set once the base is constructed. ]

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: Station will replace SBC_Temporary_Orbital_Warehouse and is expected to advance to Core 2 very soon.

According to the Laws of Liberty, your monthly cost comes to 30 million credits to Ferris.Dufresne each month for a level 1 Base in a Zone 2 system. Every Level upgrade will have to be declared and payment adjusted in accordance with the Laws.

Your application form is processed and accepted. Please be aware that another organization has been approved to place a station in orbit of Abilene, so take that into consideration with your deployment. Good luck!

as you can see, the ownership of modular space station named Sirius Base Construction, located in the Sector 4F of Texas system, orbiting the moon Abilene, has changed.
The station was in past months, during my absence, maintained by Steve Veltman of =DSE- company.
Although I believe Mr. Veltman has met all legal requirement, I would like to be sure there are no legal burdens upon the station.
