Second question- when i build my previous station near Newark you wrote:
You may rebuild NEAR Manhattan under the following terms and conditions and that you complete the below list, approximately 2k from Manhattan and restricted to 3k from any planet, current station or trade lane. So your station MUST be at least 3k away from any current structure located within this area.

Asking about Scrap palace station(in Texas).. Its located less than 1k from Hudson tradeline, less than 1k from Huntsville base & LESS THAN 1k frm BS Mississipi. Its closer than 3k from planet Houston.

So my question is- are there different rules in Texas? Is it allowed build there base less than 3k from Planet and less than 1k distance from tradeline? Same story with Sirius base construction pob- its less than 3k from NY tradeline and less than 2k from hunsville base... So what about California- can i hawe base- less than 1k from BS Alma for example?

Just dont get me wrong- i realy dont care where these 2 bases are located, im just asking to know if there ARE same rules for all or NOT?

Each application will be considered on a case-by-case basis. There may be problems with certain base positioning, such as in the middle of a trade lane route or directly across an area of space that sees heavy traffic. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or request that you modify your application for leasing space.

1. When i said "List of approved modular bases" i mean THIS THREAD. That thread was modified 7hrs ago, but there is no record about New York temporary prison. Cleared cache, tried to view from different browsers, pc's... Dont know about what registry youre talking, but that thread is only "registry"- what i know, where i can(t) see, if my base is approved or not.

2. About- each application will be considered on a case-by-case basis. That means- there can be exceptions regarding base construction approval? WHO is deciding this? Do you hawe sometype of council for this? I mean- if you're the only person actually, who deciding this- this sounds very bad in aspect of democracy. There is high risk of corruption in that case. Or maybe Liberty is AUTOCRATIC Republic?
So if there is council- i wana know names and contacts. So i can ask for advice from them too- about base constructing, positioning aspects etc.
