Quote:4.1 If you die whilst in a PVP situation, in any form, you are considered as ''PVP Dead''. A PVP Dead player must:
Leave the system the fight took place in for one hour. You must not carry cargo while doing so and must not engage in any player interaction while you are leaving. Other players must allow a PVP Dead player to leave the system.
Not re-enter the system they died in on any of their characters for one hour.
Not attack the player/players they died to on any of their characters for one hour.
Consequences:
You died on your OF Ship and then a couple of minutes later you magically appeared on your Indy Tagged Ship, to carry on the engagement.
Your weapons, from the offending Ship, left in disgust once you hit port. Sanction Notice in your hold.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE

Hello, as faction 1ic I would like to receive the evidence please, I'm not defending Max I would just like to have all the information before internal corporal punishment happens.
I would like to say that Max is new to discovery and new to The Core| and although we as an official faction do request that all members read and understand the server rules, sometimes newer player don't understand them and slip through our net. To help prevent this we will be adding a line to our recruitment thread linking to the Server Rules asking "Have you read these and do you understand them? If you have any questions about the rules please ask them here *Link to rule clarification thread* Before joining The Core|" The hope is that this will allow us to continue to service newer players as a friendly and helpful official faction whilst minimizing further incidents like the above.

I would like to say that yes, I did in fact re-engage in my Indie cap after my Core| bomber had been killed..... however I find this rather petty on behalf of the MNS ship who has reported me as he docked with FP11 and then relaunched into a battle about 20 mins later, so he was also in violation. Sadly I don't have a screenshot of this but it is rather poor.
Point taken, won't relog into the same system in future...... can I have my guns back please, at least the ones I just paid SciData for to buy ???????
