My name is Henry Stracke, or as I'm known in the Xeno Alliance, Milk. I regret that we aren't in contact as regularly as we should be. If you're still on board with common struggle against the Republic of Liberty, we have a favor to ask.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but we have long operated a Defiant-class gunship, the Retribution, as a mobile radio station, defensive pivot and multifunction tool. Over the years, our station crews have accumulated the know-how to service it, but what we've always lacked is weapons customization. Specifically, its ability to combat Liberty's capital fleet is hampered by relatively low power of its lighter turrets and lack of Sky Lance forward gun as is found on modern Defiant-classes.
We're therefor looking into test-running EMP-7 pulse cannons. Of course, we don't produce those weapons, and wouldn't be able to service and maintain them.
Is this something you're willing and able to assist with? We'd need two examples, and potentially tech assistance with maintenance.

I'm not sure what we could offer to assist with in return, but we're open to suggestions.

Included with your purchase will be the instruction manual on how to maintain them as written for our trainee engineers. Even the simplest minds should be able to grasp it, and the materials needed are fairly common on most stations.

Greetings again, Milk here. It's taken a while, but the EMP-7s are now in full operational use in Liberty.
An expedition to the far Omicrons obviously isn't something we organize every day, and in the end we decided to fly the Retribution itself out, along with the Bullmastiff-class Mojave to make a cargo shipment while we were out there. After all, she can defend herself pretty well.
However, that proved to be unnecessary, the two ships moved quietly in and out.
Your technicians were very helpful and had the weapons installed in a flash, along with some basic usage advice.

They've proven to be an enormous help in combating Liberty's capital fleet, and the old ship seems to handle the new guns without any major reliability issues so far.

If she keeps on running in an unproblematic fashion like this with modern rearmament, we may consider retrofitting the aforementioned Sky Lance, if we can ever find one. I don't know if that's something you could potentially help with. For now though, everything's running smoothly.

Dear mister Stracke,

We are glad to hear the weapons are performing as intended. We hope they may aid you in obtaining many victories against both your enemies aswell as our own. As for the Sky Lance you mentioned; to my knowledge we do not have any of those in stock, nor do we have a reliable source for obtaining one. Intelligence suggests your best bet is to try and take down a Liberty Navy Gunboat with as little damage as is possible, and to try and salvage the cannon from the wreckage.

What you could do to help us out however is to keep us up to date on any potential infected sources in Liberty. If you have any evidence of Libertonian entities interacting with the Nomads in any manner other than hostility or fear, do please forward it. We are also looking for any intelligence related to Battlegroup Auxesia and their plans in the House of Liberty. They pose a threat to some of our assets in the area, and we are keen to remove this threat from existence.
