I don't really understand this statement, it is interpretable in multible ways to me.

Well, the BAF or Bret goverment said that they were going to not attack zoners who were peaceful, and I was under the impression they were going so far as providing safe zoner enclaves of zoner governance on the planet.....So I can't see why the BAF would be hassling the migration side of the traderoute.

The side of the traderoute where the commodity is this thing that claims to be "components" but is actually dis-assembled war material for some sort of Corsair insurgency, yeah, I'd say the BAF ought be concerned about that.

Firstly, the components are Corsair in origin, which is a reasonable reason.

Secondly, they are only listed in the OP as being able to, if they wish to remain neutral they can do so.

You should stop investing so much energy in trying to find flaws in every story event/ story progression of the Zoners that is not to your liking. If you'd spent the same energy at just playing the game, you would find yourself alot happier

damn all this just because i asked if there was a limit for the refugees, and some factions that are supposed to be neutral, would be hostile for this event!! damn!!! you people just be little less sensitive and when someone ask you why, you can explain why!! and i say again ... is there a limit for the passengers, and i also liked one thing i saw here, peplo fine transports with the refugees ... putting people on cargo hols is not good in a logic point of view .. liners ok, transports don't. also why a coalition, that are supposed to be friends, should block a zoner shipo, for example, carrying equip that comes from a zoner base? how hard can it be to just say .... why?

Because its just not said straight, but its supposed, that all parties understand about dual-use nature of this components, and they dont want encourage uncontrolling traffic of them.
Regarding of other, People's Republic is still authoritarian state, so Premier, and Field Marshall decide much.
Field Marshall decided stick to Sydney Accords spirit and prohibit this trade.
Looking on increasing of uncontrolled traffic, Premier suspended zoners visas in Omega-52 (Yes, inRP, look for Border Control Thread)
This is not means, that everybody in Coalition agree with this, but due of authoritarian nature of People's Republic, they should obey.
