I was born into a three, including myself on Vogtland station. Both my parents had a record of military service under the non-primary banner of the Army. When I was born in 795 A.S, both of them ceased their careers in service to the Volksrevolution and proceeded to raise me. Upon passing and succeeding the Army's academic system at the age of twenty I began to make steps towards serving under the banner of the Armee in particular and the Volksrevolution.
After ten years of military service as a fighter pilot for various operations individually and some headed by the Armee such as the recent defensive effort in New Beijing (//Omega-55) I feel more than ready to serve the Volksrevolution at a greater standard. I have several endorsements from Armee officials that will be disclosed privately.
I was born on Planet New Berlin. My dad served in the Rheinland military for most of his life until he was dishonorably discharged for protecting a Hessain transport. Shortly after we were forced out of our community and fled to Dresden. My dad trained me to be a pilot and we started trading goods to build up a good life for us. On one of his routes he was attacked from Rheinland Military.
From that moment onwards I was drawn to the Hessain life. I used the money my dad left us and bought my own ship to take back what the government took from me. But of late, I found that I am becoming the very thing that I hate. So I decided to go back to why I chose this life and request that I join the Red Hessain Army. Put my ship to good use, and learn how to make the most of it.
I have used a fighter, transporter, and a cruiser. I'm fairly skilled but can learn more.

The name is Hoban Ross. I was born with a twin brother on Planet New Berlin. Us being the only children in our family meant we had somewhat of a hectic life growing up. Since we both craved to get a feeling of adrenaline and the rush it brought, we always ended up looking for fights or other ways of excitement. Instead of wasting our life at some fancy desk like our parents wanted, we decided to apply to the Military Academy to work for the Rheinwehr. After eventually graduating from the academy we were assigned to Battleship Karlsruhe in Stuttgart.
My brother had unfortunately become quite a heavy drinker after graduating. One day we were told that we would fly our first official patrol in the upcoming days. This meant celebrating, which brought us to Planet Baden Baden were we visited many luxurious nightclubs to party and drink. At one of these clubs is where everything changed in the brink of a moment. My brother had ended up in a fight with the son of a high ranking officer in the Rheinwehr. It had escalated to a point where the police had to detain them both. Of course the son of the officer was released, while my brother was faced with exaggerated charges. He was sentenced to serve 30 years jail time on Vierlande Prison. My family tried to plea for another trial but the government did nothing. What could only make it worse was the murder of my brother a month later by the hands of Corsairs who had found out who he was and decided to make a statement.
I was devastated, but hell-bent on revenge. The government had turned against us, but I wasn't ready to give up. I now had a different purpose in life. I left the Rheinwehr, changed my identity and became an independent mercenary. I spent countless hours in space chasing these scum, to avenge my brother. My only goal was to wipe out their existence, and I would kill anyone who tried to stop me. I was changed. I no longer cared about the hypocritical government. After a while I could barely recognize my own face in the mirror, and that's when I met a pilot who worked for Die Roten Hessen. He reminded me of who I was and after some persuasion I decided to join them. Mainly because they also had an aquired taste for Corsair blood, but also for retribution against the government.
I have now flown under the banners of Die Roten Hessen for a while, and as my path has become more clear overtime I now understand that there is more to life than simply fighting for personal reasons. A greater cause. The Armee's reputation is well known and after flying beside you my eyes are now open. I will do everything in my will to help end the corruption of the government and bring vengeance against our enemies.

Short biography: My biography is hopefully somewhere in the RHA database, but perhaps it is better to talk of what happened. I will be frank, and honest, and trust in your fair judgement. Long story short, I bottled it, I ran away, I saw too many green flames fly off from my gun-ports, too many wing-men sending their last breaths into the void followed by a blood curdling scream and I lost my nerve, I flew my old Odin into the Stuttgart atmosphere and crash landed near a farming settlement away from the larger population areas, sunk the Odin in a marsh. The rest is i'm afraid a very mundane story, I took up planetary hauling for the various farms under a alias.
And that was that. Or so I thought. I heard a calling, not in the literal sense, no, I didn't get a call asking if I'd like to dig up the old Odin. News of the Hessian advances in Dresden and beyond travels fast, I sense a chance to make progress after years of stalemate. I frankly hesitated to make this contact, I am sure the government would have me shot if I were one of their soldier slaves, but that is not the Red Hessian army that I knew. I accept any punishment that is deemed fit for my cowardice, just let me have a chance to make a difference, is all I ask.
Prior flight experience: Flying the Odin was my specialty, though I had a few stints in the Thor. I am afraid I am not what I used to be, and I am leaning towards less reflex intensive combat ships.

Born and raised on Planet New Berlin to a middle-class family, my parents were serving the Marinenachrichtendienst onboard Battleship Straußberg. Sometimes I wasn't able to see my parents for months unknowing if they ever would return from their missions. However, my grandparents raised me well and taught me respect.
I had a rather normal life on New Berlin, good grades in school but a small and strong circle of friends. My closest friend was Johann who always had a bad view on the Federal Republic of Rheinland and after our graduation from High School he began to organize demonstrations and dive more into the underground world of Rheinland. At this moment our way was split and I ended up in the Rheinwehr, the Marinenachrichtendienst. My Parents were still serving somewhere in Rheinland, even as a daughter of high ranking officers of the MND I didn't know where they are, having sporadically contact with them.
After my Grundausbildung I began my service on Battleship Schwerin in Munich, flying reconnaissance mission into Omicron Xi. This was the time when I met my old childhood friend again, he joined the Red Hessians a large revolutionary group in Rheinland who consider the Rheinland government corrupt and in need of overthrowing. I had my orders to destroy every unlawful vessel that I encounter but I couldn't kill one of my closest friends, so I defected from the MND, and we went to Dublin, the Mollys who are a separatist group committed to freeing the Dublin from Bretonian reign. The Mollys being close friends of the Red Hessians offered a place to hide and, to be able to shake off my pursuers. After a few years in kinda strange relation with the Mollys I decided to join them and was granted to command an RA-9 "Scylla" Rogue/Molly Destroyer, I don't want to know where they build these, however Johann was still affiliated with the Red Hessians, so I decided to take my crew and the "Weltenfresser" to join the ranks of the Hessians. The Mollys weren't really surprised that I left however, I'm thankful for their aid in bad times.
After years inside the, I would say "secondary" fleet I decided to take the next step and become a part of the main fleet. I believe that Rheinland needs a change and, that the Hessians can achieve it.
Frau Schiller, a quite interesting background my parents were working for them aswell the end of the story was, they had to flee from Rheinland. However, according to your experience in command of a Cruiser class vessel and your experience inside the Marinenachrichtendienst I will grant you the rank of Oberleutnant.
