We live in such a connected universe that a single lie started at one end of the sector can turn into a novel of truth for a passionate believer. The means to adjust this information is so widely available. Context becomes almost irrelevant when human thoughts and feelings are involved in the process. Certain elements of Sirius I'm sure are already starting to turn against you, deluded in the belief that you are warmongering aggressors with a taste for destruction and carnage. These people feel that it is the duty of Sirian citizens to rise up and fight against 'evil' when in reality, you are only doing the things you are doing in the name of self-preservation of your people, and the love of your country. But no matter how many times you reiterate these points people will remain ignorant out of pure spite, and disbelief that you can be humanised. To the common eye, tyrannical Bretonia seeks to crush the innocent Independent Miners Guild!
I understand what that is like. It's exactly what happened when elements in the Edge Worlds and beyond tried to rise up against The Core in Omicron Delta in the name of Freeport 11, when all we were doing was merely trying to enforce our law and protect our people. It must have been a crushing realisation for them when our mortars tore through their short-lived 'alliance of anti-Core' fleets and reduced half of Freeport 11 to a wreck. Don't worry, we later helped them build and repair.
But of course, the Edge Worlds is a different story, and perhaps the currently weighted narrative against you may not provide you as much freedom to act as we had. Still, across the pond, we watch the crisis unfold with curious interest. Right now, if Bretonia were to act as aggressors, it'd be difficult for many to sympathise with your plight. So instead of following a dark path such as that, what if Bretonia could function as protectors of the Guild, who were acting with IMG interests in mind?
That is where we come in. There are certain things The Core can do which Bretonia cannot. Off the books. Proxy. Black-ops. And depending on how you publically react to our actions, it could flip the crisis on its head. We just need to make sure we control the narrative, and take a hit for our good Bretonian friends - but are of course compensated in the process. Let's talk about business.

Greetings Mr. Arthos,
I apologize for the delay in reply sir, the IMG crisis has us our communiques piling up quickly. I must say I am relieved to hear that the Core understands our precarious situation as of late. We also watch the Omicrons from the other side of the water, and can't deny it produces strong people, and organizations like the Core. Everything you say is true. It seems there is some mass confusion causing people to lose all rationale when it comes to the threat Bretonia, and all of Sirius, is facing from Gallia.
Sadly though the fact remains clear to us that there are certain things we have to do to keep up with our losses. If Bretonia falls, Gallia will have a devastating stranglehold on Sirian space. For some reason the seemingly 'neutral' entinties out there like the Zoners and the IMG claim to enjoy a purpose of freedom but aren't willing to do much to ensure it. Temporary sacrifices must be made. Had they embraced Bretonian protection, there would have been no need for mass migrations, or armed conflict. But, if they prefer needing Gallic Visas to traverse Sirius, they have chosen poorly, and should be dealt with in the strictest of manners.
Which brings me to agree with you about your suggestions that some extreme actions be taken. I am certainly open to suggestions regarding any operations you might have in mind that might benefit us. The IMG has decided to entrench in certain areas, and withdraw altogether from others. They claim that the Bretonian Crown has no authority over stations on our own space, and seem to tip toe around the obvious fact that if we do not get the shipyard, they will be quietly allowing us to drown. We see what the true aim is. False flag attacks may work to discredit them, but mostly we'd need assistance in sabotaging their suppy operations, communications, and if possible, outright assassinate any of their leadership, which could end this quickly, should we be able to locate and expose them. For that, even if you could confirm their location, we'd have our own men ready. It may be a long shot but we will be prepared none the less.
Of course, we're willing to compensate you for any assistance you can offer. Credits, equipment? Name your price. I suppose it depends on actions you are prepared for. Name a price and I'm sure we can accomodate.

I'm glad we are already off to a good understanding of the conflict. It is unsurprising that neutrals are scum; they have no strong convictions or beliefs to guide them nor justify their purpose. They are simply leeches, who feed off borrowed time, false promises, and crocodile tears. That is why the best resolution to this crisis is to be merciless, to crush their spirit, and to make them rue the day they ever dared rise above their own festering dirt.
The Core has drawn up methods to help end this conflict quickly.
Whilst the Independent Miners Guild have many friends, ultimately those ties are no more than social circles composing of misfits who have more pressing concerns elsewhere. Minimising the number of dissidents is the solution to keep the opposition's number count low. As much as we despise them, the Hessians and Coalition should perhaps be approached by Bretonian organisations with logical proposals to keep them out.
The Core is willing to launch a rapid, heavy strike on the shipyard to temporarily cripple its operational capacity and ready itself for annexation by Bretonian forces. This would be much like our strike on Freeport 11.The idea here is for Core to act akin to a terrorist organisation, and for Bretonia to respond with horror to our aggression and to extend an olive branch to the Guild: Bretonia takes control of the shipyard and offers to repair the damage.
Finally, The Core is more than able to offer direct military assistance against Guild and resistance forces. We can easily shift ships from our Omega forces to help tip the scales in your favour. This and our above proposal may be mutually exclusive, however.
Our price for our involvement is simple: we want what the IMG were originally offered; AP Manufacturing taking administratio of Aland to help construct Capital vessels. The capital scaffolding at Aland Shipyard would not only serve as perfect construction points for Dunkirk Battleships, but Makos as well. Alternatively, BMM can handle Kirks and the like if you don't want us anywhere near them, and the station can be run jointly between our two parties.
And once you've won this conflict, you'll need a strong bulwark to protect your interests in the Omega region. With a solid shipyard rooted in Omega-3, APM constructing capitals in the Omega region will be a great boost for the both of us.
With your permission, I'd like to patch in the Armed Forces into this communication, given the recent rapid development of events in the past 48 hours.
Right now sir, we require bodies in Omega-3, the Shipyards are needed in tact and at present the Norfolk and her battlegroup are making their way towards the facility at all speed. Your help will be greatly appreciated and I can give you my personal assurance that payment for services rendered (in one way or another) will be given in due course.
I wish to be honest however, given how fast the situation deteriorated, we cannot give you the same terms we offered the IMG for the foreseeable future. However, that is not a statement set in stone either, we just do not wish for their to be any confusion regarding Aland. We shall work out an appropriate payment later, you have my word.
