As I am sure you are aware, the war against Kusari progresses well, and our valorous forces are pushing deep into the enemy's heartlands. Meine herren, quite simply: supply lines require infrastructure, which brings me to you - victory lies not just in the hands of our Soldaten, but is won also by the efforts of men such as yourself on the home front.
In accordance with the Kriegsführungsplan, we therefore wish to request of Republican Shipping and its subsidiaries, the fulfillment of the contract below at the earliest possible opportunity.
Kontraktanteil: Republican Shipping
I. Contract for Logistics.
In accordance with the general Kriegsführungsplan, we have directed the construction of facilities by Daumann Heavy Construction and Krüger Mineralien. We therefore request that Republican Shipping coordinate with the afformentioned Gmbh's to support the construction and supply of these facilities.
In addition, Republican Shipping is to provide on-demand contract services as needed for the provision of supplies to installations undertaken under this directive throughout Sigma-13, Sigma-15 and Sigma-21.
II. Saigon Development Project: Infrastructure Requirements
In order to facilitate the rapid advancement of the Saigon Defensive Initiative, and planned developments both on Saigon proper, and utelising the assets of Sigma-21, we request that Republican Shipping immediately undertake the construction of a Trade & Transit Hub in an appropriate location in Saigon orbit. We also request that this facility be constructed in coordination with Defensive installations as per Contract Phase III, below.
III. Saigon Development Project: Defensive Installations
In accordance with the Kriegsfuehrungsplan, the Oberkommando has decided to begin the development of Sigma-21, Saigon and associated assets. At this time, we request that Republican Shipping begin the construction of a modular defensive installation in Saigon orbit; we request you coordinate the placement of these with Krüger Mineralien and Daumann Heavy Construction, for the creation of an extensive defensive grind at Saigon.
Once surveys for base placement is complete, please contact us for final approval. Please note that in accordance with Rheinland Law, all facilities constructed as part of these contracts will still require registration. However, the registration fee for these stations will be waived, on the provision of proof that each installation is completed with 3 defensive installations.

The pleasure is all mine. Republican Shipping has supported the Rheinwehr in all its efforts, and wars. Today it will answer the call once again, to ensure the Vaterlands success. As im sure you are aware, the Rheinwehr has used Republican Shipping stations as fortresses before. So you are accustomed to how we supply, maintain and secure our stations. We will gladly build a base in Sigma-21 as requested, Ill be flying out shortly with some surveyors to determine when to place the Trade Hub. Once we have decided, I will communicate with the authorities to authorise the construction.
Republican Shipping will get all available vessels on standby to maintain constant flow of supplies to Sigma-21, to ensure this will be a success.
