Because order had a huge fleet... exiles not...they cut from Kusari, and left what they had in Leeds... no shipyards to build new.
So no point to discuss again about that. ;)

If I want to buy a exiles destroyer, do i have to be in the official faction? Can I make 1 indie exiles destroyer? How do I buy weapons for it? From where, hiroshima?

Right now, you can have exiles dessie as an indie, but when new ID limitation applied in the next update then you have to turn your dessie into KNF.
AFAIK no exiles base sell capital ship and its equipment

I think Yamaguchi had a dessy but im not sure i must check..

There will be no difference in the availability of craft between members of the official factions and those not belonging to the official factions. So either no destroyers for the entire faction, or destroyers for all. Yamaguchi has the capital ships and weaponry for it.

There was a different statement in the ID review topic though. It said something among the lines of "the faction that goes official will have the advantage of capital ships"
