This is Isoroku Hatoyama speaking. It has come to my attention that a previous report that was submitted at September 6, 822 A.S. is no longer stored within Central Communications, probably a result of data wipe-out. So for record purposes, I am resubmitting it.

I was venturing inside Okinawa system where I contacted the GMG Guildmaster, Keiji Namura. After exchanging pleasantries and gaining his trust I asked him to mine for me. The Guildmaster agreed despite my Samura transponder. We headed to one of their gas mining operations in Okinawa system. Throughout this exchange I collected data on the locations and density of the active H-fuel pockets that GMG was exploiting and also about the mining technique and technology that they were employing. After the mining was completed, I vacated the area without obviously paying the GMG Guildmaster. My destination was Southampton Shipyard in New London.[I], [II], [III], [IV]

As a result of our general lukewarm relationship with the Kingdom of Bretonia, Samura Industries always had the option to advance a secret partnership with the Mollys. Of course this cannot start within a day so I was sent to Dublin to lay the foundation should we ever decide to pursue this relationship. After I sold my Helium-3 shipment I loaded up with basic commodities as well as medical supplies and a local beverage since the Mollys are notorious drinkers. Then, in the Molly part of Dublin I encountered Fool's Gold one of the official transports of the so-called Molly Republic. After exchanging pleasantries and gaining his lukewarm approval, he grudgingly allowed me to dock to Arranmore Base and unload my cargo. He also said that if we want this continue it needs to be discussed first between the leadership of both organizations. Carved within a huge asteroid Arranmore is an entire colony and the headquarters of the Molly movement. After unloading, from the local dealers I bought gold in very good prices, even lower than the BMM swindlers before returning to Kusari. For the past three and a hakf years I have been transferred in the Special Operations Division (特殊作戦群) while commanding a captured T-482-T "Kujira" Civilian Transport which allowed me to supply Yurasu Station undetected and in full secrecy. Except those supply runs I have been tasked at times with special cases. In this communication I am reporting the latest one, a Diplomatic Mission to Coalition's Home World.

The operation started in the orbit of Planet Gran Canaria in the remote Omega-49 system where I was intercepted and questioned by SCRA|CPW-Lithuania, a well-armored Coalition Battlecruiser. Presumably because the Coalition regards Omega-49 as part of their territory, they can apply the laws here even though they clearly have no more influence than the Corsairs or the local Zoners. Furthermore, it should be mentioned that I was not aware from the beginning the commanding officer of Lithuania was Premier Mehmet Selim. Even though I was initially treated with suspicion and hostility as I was working for a "House corporation", I managed to persuade them of my good intentions. The Premier wanted the Gold Ore I was carrying and I agreed to exchange it for 20,000,000 SC and a shipment of Vodka. Ten minutes later two Pitbulls came and the exchange was concluded. After that I tried to persuade them to grant me a tour of their home world, which they call New Moscow. A long shot and the Premier wouldn't agree to it but I was lucky and SCEC|CPRV-Plesetsk arrived at the scene, a Coalition Carrier commanded by Dr. Belov. Then Premier Selim said that I could ask for a permit from SCEC as well, which proved to be a very good development because the SCEC appears to be a much more open-minded and progressive organization than the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army. After jumping the party was under even more bureaucracy and questioning by the Premier. I also noticed the relationship of SCRA vs SCEC is particularly complicated and there is significant mistrust between the two organizations despite their best efforts to hide it. Anyway we eventually started the tour but we didn't visit the nearby Sevastopol Depot because according to the Coalition, it contained "no commercial value". We first visited Planet Jiangxi and the orbiting Zhukovsky Station. I must say that the infrastructure is lacking while a brief scan on Jiangxi appears to reveal that it suffered a terrible incident, not too long ago. Fortunately SCEC showed me their modern Baku Depot, a modular station which can be used for trade with Samura, unlike any other station which appeared hostile on my scanners. After a temporary confusion I sensed the opportunity and cruised without orders to Planet Volgograd and took pictures of the nearby Zvezdny Gorodok. The Premier arrived not long after and demanded that I leave. After the tour was over I was escorted back to Omega-49 jump hole. There Dr. Belov gave me as a gift 503 Vogolgrad Ordinance, 50 Xeno Relics, 10 Coalition Proganda leaflets and 100 units of Azurite Gas. He also told me that there is possibility for a secret negotiation and arrangement since Kusari is now enemies with Rheinland. Today, when I look at the general observation at Samura base “Xuanming Trade Center”, the base crew are lacking in food, oxygen and water. I supplied each 10000 units food, oxygen and water to meet their needs.

There is an incident in the middle. I go with a BD| member on the way to go. I think he is following me so I can slow down my ship and talk to him. We have been talking for quite a while. Then I went out to my work by farewell to BD| member. I completed my work properly and returned to base.

The peace between Kusari and Rheinland has finally been established, but after putting it together, Kusari and Rheinland face a serious problem: Gas Miner Guild has declared war on the project, even though it is supported by the Kusari Government. It is attacking the project with its ships and some casualties have already become notorious.
However, Samura is cooperating with the Government to the extent possible. He put a freighter fleet at his disposal. Since then the supply for the Tsingtao project has been maintained. Always in conjunction with Kishiro, DHC and Krugër. Kusari Naval Force and Rheinland Military are supporting with appropriate protection and ships so that the project is not vituperated by GMG.
We have already advanced 20% of the project and now we hope that everything continues to progress to the satisfaction.

My name is Akira Myotta and I command a Ryuujin-class ship. I just want to relate to HQ an event in which we were involved when we entered Dublin, Bretonia.

After making a delivery of Optronic in New London, we headed to Dublin, where we intended to buy Gold at a station that traded abundantly at a good price. As soon as we entered, a policeman approached us and what happened is that he finally destroyed the ship Samura|-Nakasaki.Sam, killing 12 crew members, including my first mate Yanj Feng.

My scap pod and that of all the surviving crew were adrift in Dublin space until Shinkaku Station received our distress radio and sent out a rescue mission. We're still recovering at Shinkaku Station.

To know what happened, as a rule, I saved the transponder box, from where I took the exact information of what happened, as shown below:

Konnichi wa, to all members of Samura.

Today I passed the position of 1IC to Hopewell. I stay as 2IC.
I am the owner of the POB Xuanming Trade Center and decided to donate my base to the Samura Heavy Industries Faction (Samura|-), which will be managed by 1IC and 2IC from now on, regardless of who will be the leaders of the faction in the future.

I’m passing Masterpwd’s knowledge to Hopewell. Together we’ll manage the base.

Therefore, from now on Samura has a headquarters to serve the members in their growth process at the company, although the Administrative Office of Human Resources continues at Shinjuku Station.

Leaving 10000000 credits in the PoB, which will help a little to manage the PoB.
