I fear for it to become one of the first two... more like the second one actually, if the players won't be allowed to join any of the factions there. It will become something like the phantom system and newcastle nomad ruins.. you go there once... maybe twice and that's it.

First one if players will be allowed to join the Gauls and attack all of the other colonies.

Placement of JHs there will also make a huge difference as to what it would be.
