After receiving the evidence I have come to the conclusion that you all are dumb, and clearly cant read my ID lines and you have some biased intentions. My ID lines are clear as day and you all need to learn how to read. It does not matter if Auxesia is an attacking force my ID States I can protect Allies and Auxesia have been my longest standing allies for over 3 years. If they are attacking a damn sunburst I am allowed to engage the sunburst due to the sole fact that I can infact protect them as stated here "Can attack lawfuls, unlawfuls and quasi-lawfuls in self-defense, to protect an allied or neutral ship, or bases of the same affiliation." Just because they are transports and aux attacked first does not mean I cant protect them. Before you bring up my second line let me address that also "-Can attack ships which align themselves hostile towards Jonathan Kalh, except transports." This means I cant go out of my way to attack hostile faction transports alone. If I want to attack them I need to be near an allied force such as Auxesia. right now your setting a precedent that I cant protect my allies even if they are the aggressor. What happened to being their for your allies even if they are wrong? Asmodeus depends on Auxesia and IRG for repairs, Refits and other things, Do you really think he will not go all out and ensure what ever operation they are doing they succeed it or at least live? Re evaluate this sanction. And stop being petty.
