Now to your request. To process it, I need clarification regarding the use of the device. Do I understand it correctly that it will not be used in the Rheinland space and the ship equipped with it will just travel through with the device turned off to areas you mentioned where the actual research and survey with the activated device will take place? If not, I will need to know more details regarding what exactly the device will be used for in the Rheinland space and if you plan to generate coordinates for hyperspace jumps there.

The device will not be used in Rheinland Space, we plan to only use the device for surveying and other information gathering activites outside of Rheinland Proper. We plan to survey and scout for possible new mining locations to open to ensure a steady flow of materials and income to Daumann Heavy Construction. The device will always remain in a powered down state in Rheinland Space. We do not plan to generate any hyperspace jumps in Rheinland space either. However if any of this changes we will seek proper authorization first.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Thomas Reardon, I am the captain of the Orbital Spa & Cruise advanced luxury liner the Axiom. This Enterprise-class ship is a quite unique addition to OS&C White Spa Lines fleet. It was designed with greater emphasis on both security and comfort.

To implement this idea it was decided to equip the Axiom with "AzureBlue" EM Radiation Bending Device Mk3, commonly known as Cloaking Device Mk3.

Recent events during the voyage of OS&C|Boundless_Pleasure through Rheinland (Wanderlust 25 February 827 A.S. ) have put the vessel and her passengers at great risk. Unfortunately, due to a lack of military or federal police assets in the area, the BP was forced to travel under unlawful escort all the way to Hudson System.

Considering this incident and the fact, that OS&C|Axiom will have a lot more passengers and is planned to be assigned to some sensitive diplomatic missions in the future, we ask permission to carry the Cloaking Device in Rheinland space.
