It is Pretty far from Omicron Gamma. There is no reason to put Sair caps there

I missed the part where Harlow moved, makes sense, since it isn't guarding the gate anymore. Don't think Gallia would have the proper fuel for bigger Corsair ships. Corsairs went back into Omegas, didnt they?
